SEEKING BLACK MALE ACTORS OF ALL SHADES, AND SHAPES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 - 45 LOCAL TO SOUTH FLORIDA. STRONG SINGERS, DANCERS, AND GOOD MOVERS TO AUDITION. Please submit 16 - 32 bars in the style of the show. Ex Fats Waller, Louis Jordon’s Tympany Five, and The Temptations ect.

NOTE: If submitting you must be available for an IN PERSON CALLBACK on June 11.

MNM will require proof of vaccination at the time of In person callback.

$400 weekly Maximum.

Rehearsals begin August 21, 2023 in BOCA RATON. Production runs September 8 - September 24, 2023 in RINKER PLAYHOUSE at the KRAVIS CENTER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS.

Synopsis:Five Guys Named Moe is about our hero, Nomax – he's broke, his lovely Lorraine left him and he's listening to the radio at 5:00 in the morning. Out of the radio, five guys named Moe appear. Set to Jordan's iconic rhythm and blues/jazz score, the Moes encourage Nomax to turn his life around and tell Lorraine that he loves her.

NOMAX - Male | Playing age early 20s| Lead - Baritone/Tenor

A gloomy young man due to his relationship problems.

LITTLE MOE - Male | Playing age early 20s - 30s| Lead - Tenor

A small man who loves big girls. Dancer.

NO MOE - Male | Playing age early 20s - 30s | Lead - Baritone/Tenor

The straightlaced Moe.

BIG MOE - Male | Playing age early 30s - 40s | Lead - Bass/ Baritone

The authoritative Moe.

EAT MOE - Male | Playing age early 20s - 30s | Lead - Baritone/Tenor

Merry and has a loving relationship with food.

FOUR EYED MOE - Male | Playing age early 20s - 30s | Lead - Baritone

The leader of the Moes who wears glasses.
