2G Japanese Brasserie is a classical Japanese restaurant. Toshio Oguma, former executive chef of Morimoto Napa, leads the team at 2G acting as the executive sushi chef. He brings over 30 years of culinary experience, including receiving his initial training in the Ginza district of Tokyo. The kitchen is led by chef Yasuhiro Ueno, former chef of Chaya Brasserie and Foreign Cinema. Together they have created the menu of 2G to feature items from original recipes to bring the true authentic Japanese dining experience.
